In 2026, the Institut des Sciences de l'Océan is organizing the first edition of the Rencontres de l'Economie Bleue!

This event is set to become a benchmark event, bringing together researchers, economic players, public institutions and representatives of the maritime world around a shared ambition: to strengthen and promote cross-sector links by placing sustainability at the heart of the marine economy, while encouraging interdisciplinarity.

Through conferences, stands and discussions, this event aims to create a collective and sustainable dynamic for the preservation and enhancement of our oceans.

An exhibition area will be set up to give several startups an opportunity to showcase their innovations directly to participants, and to exchange ideas.
